Warren joined Clare Locke in 2024, bringing both private and public sector experience in investigations, crisis management, and high-stakes litigation. Warren began his legal career at the Washington, D.C. headquarters of a multinational law firm. There, he represented public companies and their senior executives in complex investigations and litigation arising from allegations of securities and accounting fraud, bribery, and other criminal or compliance matters. Warren also counseled clients navigating Congressional inquiries and hearings into a range of high-profile areas. Before law school, Warren worked for another major law firm in New York as part of the litigation team supporting the Trustee of Lehman Brothers Inc. following its bankruptcy in 2008.
Immediately prior to joining the firm, Warren served on active duty with the United States Army JAG Corps. Warren was a trusted advisor to leaders of conventional and special operations units on all aspects of military operations, strategic communications, and administration, both at home and in combat environments. As a litigator, Warren was the lead prosecutor for the Army Special Forces community and later served as a defense attorney representing Soldiers and officers across Fort Liberty. Warren acted as lead counsel in a dozen highly litigated jury trials. He specialized in representing senior clients facing the most complex matters, often involving classified litigation or investigations.
Warren’s wife, Erin, is also an Army veteran. They live with their two dogs, Penny and Cheese.
