REBECCA RAJASEKAR

ASSOCIATE

(202) 628-7407

Rebecca has committed her career to helping clients targeted by defamatory statements. As a former law clerk in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia (the “Rocket Docket”), Rebecca is no stranger to handling sensitive information and resolving complex questions in tight deadlines.

She has experience in all stages of litigation, from pre-litigation strategy, to mediations, binding arbitrations, and trial. She has appeared on behalf of clients in multiple jurisdictions, including state and federal courts. And she has represented diverse clients, including businesses, law firms, employers, athletes, and attorneys.

While a law student at the Georgetown University Law Center, Rebecca served as Editor of the Georgetown Entertainment & Media Alliance Law Review, Executive Editor of The Harvard Law Journal of Law and Public Policy (symposium issue), and Vice President of The Federalist Society student chapter. Over one summer, she worked on Capitol Hill as a legal assistant to a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization dedicated to educating policymakers on the needs of vulnerable children in foster care and orphanages worldwide.

Prior to entering law school, Rebecca worked in a Chicago-based law firm and backpacked across Spain.
