Megan McGuiggan

ASSOCIATE

Megan joined Clare Locke in 2025. Prior to joining Clare Locke, she held associate positions at two major international law firms, where she counseled clients on sensitive government investigations and complex litigation matters. From 2020-2021, she served as a Law Clerk for the Hon. Julio M. Fuentes on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Megan graduated summa cum laude from the University at Buffalo School of Law in 2017, where she served on the Moot Court Board, was a member of the Order of the Coif and the Order of Barristers, and was the executive articles editor of the Buffalo Intellectual Property Law Journal. During law school, she also completed an internship with the Hon. Richard C. Wesley on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. She received a B.A. from the University of Delaware in 2013, where she was a competitive synchronized figure skater.
