Marietta joined the firm in 2023 bringing her investigations experience to combat unfair reputational attacks. Prior to joining Clare Locke, Marietta assisted clients with internal and government investigations as well as with complex commercial litigation across industries from technology to healthcare to education. Marietta has experience representing clients in all phases of litigation in state and federal courts throughout the country.

During law school, Marietta was an Alexander Fellows Junior Law Clerk where she spent a full semester working in chambers for the Honorable Roslynn Mauskopf in the Eastern District of New York. She also interned for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York where she assisted in a variety of fraud cases. Prior to law school, Marietta worked as support staff in several capacities for the New York County District Attorney’s Office.
