Will joined Clare Locke in 2024. Will is committed to protecting clients’ reputations by managing defamatory threats, preventing and correcting the publication of false narratives, and assisting clients in all stages of litigation. As a native from Spain, Will advises clients with an international presence, particularly those whose reputations have been attacked through Spanish publications.

Before joining Clare Locke, Will was a law clerk to the Honorable William C. Griesbach of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. He graduated cum laude from Notre Dame Law School, where he served as Vice President of the Notre Dame Federalist Society and Articles Submissions Editor for the Notre Dame Journal of International & Comparative Law. During law school, Will was a judicial extern for the Honorable L. Steven Grasz of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and an intern at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Indiana.

Prior to law school, Will earned his Bachelor of Arts from Thomas Aquinas College and taught Philosophy, History, Spanish, and Latin at a boarding school in Southern California.
