Kayla has extensive experience in internet-based research and social media analysis. She is also trained and highly skilled at preparing compelling visual aids and demonstrative exhibits for trial.
Since joining Clare Locke, Kayla has managed several multi-million-dollar litigation and arbitration matters, including a $26 million federal jury verdict, and a $3.375 million settlement from the Southern Poverty Law Center. Kayla is actively managing a $1.3 billion dollar defamation case on behalf of Dominion Voting Systems.
Before joining Clare Locke, Kayla worked in-house at a national insurance company, focusing primarily on personal injury, property damage, and contract disputes. During that time, Kayla managed a docket of hundreds of cases at any given time and supported over 200 trials across multiple jurisdictions.
