Audrey Rabenberg


Audrey joined Clare Locke as an Associate in 2016. Her practice is dedicated to litigation and protecting clients from reputational attacks. While in law school, she served as the Executive Articles Editor for Volume 30 of the Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics & Public Policy. She also argued a pro bono habeas corpus appeal in front of the Federal Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. She briefed the Court, argued the case, and won her client a new hearing in the District Court. She also served as the research assistant to Professor Richard Garnett, researching constitutional issues and assisting him prepare his work for publication.
